Speranza supports pet owners in crisis, or those who took on a pet without the resources or knowledge to keep them long-term. We offer real options, alternatives, resources, and planning so a hard season doesn't have to mean a permanent goodbye or a stacked regretful decisions.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete and submit the form below to request an initial pre-rehoming consultation, free of cost.

2. We’ll review our capacity before confirming eligibility, and will send you a full intake form and booking link if possible.

3. The consultation will be a virtual meeting (up to 1 hour) to discuss your situation and explore options.

4. After the consultation, we’ll follow up with a pet safety plan based on what was discussed during the consultation.

5. You review and sign the pet safety plan if agreeable, authorizing any further support from us as outlined in the plan.

6. Following services and costs vary by situation with realistic, affordable options.
